Setting to remove Select All when Visual Filter is blank

When opening a report with a large Direct Query dataset and no filter value is selected, the report will return all relevant data. To avoid reports from timing out because all rows cannot and do not need to be returned, allow a setting so this feature can be turned off so the report returns nothing. The user will enter a valid filter value and the report will run. If the user deletes the value and presses Apply before entering a new value the report will be blank instead of automatically Selecting All. A prompted filter would do the same thing such as in the BI tool Microstrategy.
