Advocate IIThis is absolutely needed. Right now it just seems like a bug, especially for tooltips that use a matrix or visuals with text fields that vary in size. There is a scroll bar visible on the tooltip but the user cannot interact with it. I looked at the forums and this has been an issue going back at least to 2019. Its a bug so really needs to be fixed.
