When tooltip has scroll, it's not possible click inside and scroll.
Yet another simple feature request that has gone unchanged in forever. Can we just have it so that the tooltip sticks when a user holds down a key so that they could then interact with it? or a Toggle-based tooltip effect? I.e. Click to show tooltip, click to hide?
