When tooltip has scroll, it's not possible click inside and scroll.

- Yes please, I've used the Custom sizing for my tooltip, but some of the text we need to display still requires use of the scroll bar

I totally agree that there could be a way to scroll inside the tool tip, I believe that Microsoft could implemnet it in a near future!!

Yes please, on phone is possible we need that if we hover on tooltip and scroll it scrolls within the tooltip

- Yet another simple feature request that has gone unchanged in forever. Can we just have it so that the tooltip sticks when a user holds down a key so that they could then interact with it? or a Toggle-based tooltip effect? I.e. Click to show tooltip, click to hide?
