This is quite similar to the SSRS table inside a List visual with Group, so that the table will be generated for each group/category. The Info graphic visual is a great one which address this issue but not fully. This will be a great use case for the drill through scenarios. Country --> State Where state wise Tables are generated only for the drilled country. A Design time based implementation is very complex, time consuming, not full fledged.
