Add RLS security to comments. So when you submit a comment, only people also in the same assigned role can view it. Otherwise I have to keep comments turned off.

- I am also facing a similar issue, want tor restrict users depending on the RLS applied. If a user from India comments (just see the data for India) on the specific report, will a user from say UK be able to see those comments as well? Security applied on reports should also be applied to comments. This will enhance the usability of this feature.
