REST API access to share a dashboard. It would be really useful to be able to share a dashboard via the API. This would allow us to interact with users on a website or in an application and then present them with a button to "Add To My PowerBI". Or another example, have an API call that I can loop over to share a dashboard with 1000+ users.

- nishalitNew MemberHi Michael. Thanks for clarifying! Looks like a good idea, I've moved it to the Developer API forum.
- marksar1New MemberApologies for reviving such an old thread but has this feature been implemented already? I tried checking the dev API forum and couldn't find a satisfactory answer either. http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Best-Practice-How-to-share-report-and-dashboard-with-200-users/m-p/11804/highlight/true#M4462
- ravidhariNew MemberAny update on availability of this API? I have a similar requirement. It will be really very useful to share the Dashboard to users via API call, especially if the access need to given to large users group.
