REST API Get Tiles Last Refreshed datetime

The Get Tiles REST API does not tell me when the tile was last refreshed. See: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt465741.aspx I need the Last Refreshed time so my app can expire its cache. My application converts tiles to images for embedding in PDF documents. I want to cache the images until the next refresh.
