Remove adding new datasets/reports to dashboards automatically when uploading new .pbix file

When uploading a brand new .pbix file to the service, a tile with a link to the report gets added to an existing dashboard. This is totally un-necessary and a huge potential data security risk. E.g....

At least make it configurable, so that administrators can turn off this feature. We share content with many external users and they are not in any way supposed to see each others reports. This is a constant struggle for us to try to maintain that no such mistakes are made. This feature makes this a very tedious task.
