Add a piece of UI for the manager of the Query to leave a note about certain steps that need to be checked when data is refreshed.
Example: If I have a list of produce where I have a formula or conditional column putting all produce into categories. If a new type of produce is refreshed into the query, I would like a signal/icon/or place to leave a note to self to check that particular step in the query for any errors (new produce types in this example).
