Power Query - Add Dynamic Row Count

Add Row Count as part of the PROPERTIES in the QUERY SETTINGS pane of Power Query. Below Name and table; add a Label "Row Count" Below the label add a text box containing the total row count value for that table. As the user steps through the APPLIED STEPS; recalculate and display the row count - on steps that affect the row count.
