Hi, running windows 10 x64. Power BI used to be working on this laptop before the recent update. It was unable to launch even before I updated Power BI and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version but it still doesn't work. No error message is shown, it simply shows "initializing model..." and then nothing happens. It doesn't show up on the task manager either.

- I get the same problem - although it does put some entries in the Event Log it seems
- it happens the same to me over windows 10. Does anybody could help?
- This issue just began for me after the December Windows 10 Anniversary update.
- Had a call with support today and was told that the latest Windows update caused an issue that prevents the 64 bit version of Power BI from working. Current solution is to install the 32 bit version.
