The IDownloadService.exportVisualsContent api is only available in the service and desktop.
Considering this is a tenant setting that has to be enabled, I don't understand why this limitation exists. It blocks us from making a true custom visual for our reports.
Considerations and limitations
- The API is supported only in the Power BI service and Power BI desktop
