Power BI: Allow new Blank Queries to be named before ingesting data

When connecting to a new data source, such as Blank data source, it still appears impossible to actually name the new query until it is loaded. It would be useful if we could assign a name to it as we're creating it, as we sometimes reuse the same query across multiple models.
