please create - Pop up message or window function

This is Microsoft! I spent over 20 years doing development in MS Access. SERIOUSLY missing some items from Access while using Power BI. FORMATTING & ability to create a popup help/msg box are just 2 things.

Agreed, this would be really useful. Rather than having to email all users of an App to notify them of updates or additional content it would be really helpful to be able to issue a notification that pops up the next time a user goes into the app. This reduces the risk of messages being lost in a long list of emails and ensures the user is receiving the information at the most relevant time (when they are about to view the reports / dashboards).
