The use case I have is that we have an organizational pbix file maintained by one team that is responsible for maintaining this information. Other teams consume this data right now by downloading the pbix and adding their own data and reports. This works well in that data can be refreshed however changes to the maintained version of the pbix do not get propagated such as new data and report updates. It would be helpful if I could build my customized reports based of the template pbix. In this case the one pbix is acting as curated data aggregator and other teams are consumers of that data.
