[PBI] Visual indication when a slider slicer is active

[TL;DR] Add a way to distinguish between an inactive slider slicer and one filtering by the full range.

Currently, users may try to reset a slicer manually by moving the slider back to its full range. However, this leaves the filter active, and there is no visual indication that distinguishes this state from the slicer being completely inactive.

Imagine a dashboard about IT incidents. Some incidents may have been received but not yet resolved. If we add a slicer to filter by resolution date, when active, it will implicitly exclude unresolved incidents, which may be the desired behaviour.

Now imagine that the user wants to reset the slicer, and does so by moving the slider back to its full range instead of using the eraser button. The slicer looks exactly the same as it did before, but it is still filtering the data, meaning that all unresolved incidents are still being excluded.

For these cases, I think there should be a more evident visual indicator that the slicer is active, even when the entire available date range is selected.

This would make it much easier for users to understand the actual filtering state of a slicer.
