It would be great to have a matrix visual that could accept a value to split data in to pages, similar to the list box functionality in SSRS reports. As an example, imagine three courses of study that deliver three units each, where none of the units are the same. Displaying this in a matrix with the courses on rows and units on columns would result in two thirds of the cells being empty due to no data. When you get in to larger sets of data trying to show a full course list makes the matrix completely unusable. The only option is to have a filter or slicer on the report and view the data one selection at a time, which is a nightmare With the paginating/list box functionality it would be great for the visualisation to split the data by its grouping value and on each page in the visualisation to only show the relevant column headers for the category values included. Thanks.
