Anonymous I agree that every kind of consumable resource, for which access can be managed with AD Groups or for which RLS security can be implemented should allow to customize the access request message.
As far as I know we could deactivate the default message altogether for PBI reports, but that would be very suboptimal as well as users attempting to access the report via shared link would not know where to request access at all. So now we just have a Power Automate flow that responds to every access request that comes in (via Email) and redirects the users to wherever they should actually request access. Painful workaround.
