Option to disable sharing from personal workspaces at the tenant level. Governance - We would like to have an option to prevent users from sharing content from their personal workspaces
Our solution to this problem was to:
-Create a small F2 capacity. Assign all personal workspaces to this capacity and make it the default for personal workspaces. Then pause the capacity.
-This still allows people to use it for themselves/learning personally. However, if they try to share with another user, a capacity warning is displayed instead of the report, effectively stopping sharing of that content.
