On Premise SQL Connection with SQL User Authentication not returning data
When connecting to a SQL server DB using a sql user that is a member of the db_datareader role on the database, the table names are visible but when you preview the data, the power bi desktop client says that the tables are empty. When I connect to the database using SQL Enterprise Manager using the same user credentials, I can retrieve the data.

- nishalitNew MemberThanks for reporting this - Would you be able to send us a frown from Power BI Desktop and include a product trace? You can enable tracing from the Options dialog, under the Diagnostics tab. After turning on tracing, run through the steps to repro the issue and then send us the generated trace files in the frown email. Thanks, M.
