Notification for workspace usage

Currently, there is no feature to monitor and notify of shared workspace usage. Workspace administrators need to consider sizing the workspace before it reaches its maximum size, so they need the feature to notify when it exceeds any threshold, such as 80%. This feature can reduce the load of many workspace administrators.
