Currently the data-export option is hidden in an invisible ellipsis. One needs to know where that invisible ellipsis is, then they need to hover over it, then they can click it, and finally they can see that this is where they can choose the "Export" option. In my experience, exporting data is a pretty common task, so I don't understand why you go to such great lengths to make it difficult to find.

- jaroslaw_szczy2New MemberNow we have Buttons, how about adding an action "Export Data" to it? I have a lot of people who want to see visuals, but they also want the line by line data with job numbers etc so they can export it to Excel.
- pgautam1New MemberThe buttons are there, the action is there and the feature (export data) is there yet we can not use a button to export data. User need to take the indirect route and all user might not be aware of the route.
- pbiideas1New MemberAbsolutely missing feature! I like the idea with an "export"- button. Also for printing... Please also consider this kind of BASIC functionalities for Power BI EMBEDDED. E.g. in ***-Emb. it is not possible to get an export of the whole page incl. charts/headlines etc. Only the data export per visual works - if the user finds this option.
- joshua_mathesonNew MemberYou have to train every single user how to do this, an export button and making the option available via right click would be a massive user improvement
- pbiideas1New MemberIt's too bad this feature is not available yet! I agree with the other commenters; you have to train every user and it's not intuitive whatsoever. Looking forward to this development!
- shalin1New MemberGetting the "more options" ellipsis to appear also seems to be temperamental. Makes exporting data so much more difficult than it needs to be. Having it easy access or as a button would simplify this massively
- fbcideas_migusrNew MemberYES!!! Can we please have buttons be set up to all some or all of a tab to be exported with one click?
- davidrfxFrequent VisitorTotally agree with this, I have to add a clunky looking arrow to my reports showing users where they have to hover the mouse to see the ellipses.
- lianetooheyNew MemberI would love this. End users keep getting so confused by the current functionality...
- j_hallenNew MemberThis would be a great addition, please make it happen soon! :)
