Make Loading Spinner more visible

The current loading spinner is difficult to see when using dark mode or dark-themed visuals. This is very confusing for users who don't realize a table / visual is still loading while others on the tab have completed e.g a dynamic label shows immediately but the table may still be loading and showing old data. This can be very misleading!  As a minimum, please enhance the spinner by allowing customization of its size and color.
