Currently when enabling the 'Select All' within the formatting of the List Slicer visual there is a bug in which the Select All button takes the value of another button when hovering.

Responsive ResidentVersion: 2.142.928.0 64-bit (April 2025) - Can confirm this in the new list slicer. Tooltips are off by default, when turning them on in General > Tooltips, then changing the type from Report Page to Default I see the bug. It takes the tooltip value of the next item in the list.
