Leverage Semantic Link in Notebooks with RLS being respected

Semantic Link is a great feature - it opens the opportunity to access a semantic model code-wise. Via this opportunity you can create a corporate semantic model in Power BI and share data from that model with other departments. However, this feature has a huge gap - you cannot use Semantic Link in an environment where RLS is being respected.

You can only access a semantic model via semantic link when you have at least contributor role to a workspace. Contributor Role inherits write access to a semantic model. When you have write access to a semantic model RLS will not take effect for you. Consequently, this makes a utilization of Semantic Link in an RLS environment impossible.

Please add the functionality to access a semantic model code-wise leveraging Semantic Link in a configuration where RLS are respected (meaning user has no write access to a semantic model).

RLS is supported since semantic-link version 0.7.5. Please check it out and let us know if you have further questions!
