With the upcoming functionality of Calculation Group a new KPI visual would be desirable, which supports the Time Calcualtion Logic of Calculation Groups Currently, a KPI visual needs Measures for the value and the targetvalue, thus they need to be defined in front. With Calculation Groups a KPI Visual should take one Measure, but offering the possibility to filter it for the actual value and the target value based on the calculation group (or any other dimension). In Calcualtion Group i would therefore define an item for the actual value and one for the value of the previous year, which I would like to use as a target value. This would make it easier to create Datamodels with less Measures and using the power of Calculation Groups

same issue here, calculation groups are brilliant but currently not useful for the KPI visuals
