Improve measures functionality in the data warehouse

I  experimented with measures in a Synapse data warehouse in Fabric and experienced some issues:

Examples of what goes wrong:

1. New measure button in the data pane is greyed out but without an explanation given. I found out that this is the case when the table is not part of the default dataset.
2. When editing an existing measure it takes me to the SQL Editor and not the DAX editor. So I'm unable to edit existing measures.
3. Table columns are not recognized in DAX while creating or editing the measure.
4. Measures are not executed nor visible in the data preview.
5. Measures with failures are still stored in the table but when opening them again, the measure is converted to [DaxExpressionRedacted]
