Implement into PowerBI & Tabluar & Excel Data Models support for multi language translations

This is a real deal-killer for some large corporations that want to start with Power BI but see no use in single-language reports. Please enable a feature like in SSAS, where you can load translations. Heck, worst-case you can make it a Premium feature and offer your big clients a solution that can be scaled globally.
