Yes, we only want our users to be using the drill through options we provide. Showing all of the additional options on right-click really confuses many people and they can wind up really messing things up - especially with the include/exclude options!! It's fine to show the rest of the menu options for power users but not your average user. Unfortunately they will simply avoid using the reports because it's "too complicated".
