GET /workspaces - we need the ability to retrieve the list of workspaces

    Adding Workspace Owner to existing Admin Portal at https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/workspaces ... would be a great addition. If the workspace owner does not add global admin as a member or workspace admin, it is nearly impossible to know who the owner is. Thank You!
