When I publish a report from Desktop Power BI to web, the formatting (colors) of charts changes. Is there any way to keep these formatting constant across desktop and web versions?

This is something the team is working on! Thanks Chuck - Columns widths in tables also change when published to the web version. Its a small thing but pretty annoying.
