Fiscal Week Time-Series Functions

Please add a SAME_FISCAL_WEEK_LAST_YEAR () function to date-time functions and enable easy fiscal-week drilldowns in calendar. My company (and the three before this one) report on YOY fiscal week variance. Also, please allow users to easily set a default fiscal calendar.
