- A "are you sure" before deleting a cell within a pipeline.
- I've delete a cell by mistake and there's no "undo functionality"
- The ability to run specific cells within a pipeline
- I have to disable all other cells first which can be time consuming when dealing with pipelines with lots of cells.

The problem is that you can only discard all changes, not undo the last change.
Exactly. The irritating thing that happened to me went as follows:
> I needed to run specific cells within a big pipeline
> I disabled a whole bunch of cells and then by mistake deleted the last one (delete is just below disable)
> I had to undo all changes, and then start disabling all the cells again from the start
