Extract RLS properties from a dataset

We have an increasing requirement to extract RLS properties from a given dataset for auditing and access management purposes. Currently the only mechanism we have is to manually screenshot roles which is not only inefficient, but time-consuming. We would like to be able to extract these properties (both via the service as well as back-end via API).
