Relative Date filtering is now available for all options regarding 'in'. In current Year, last Year, Month etc. But wouldn't it be handy to also include 'not in' functions to the Relative date filte...
Simply adding a filter option for "is NOT in the last" would allow us to use two filters to target almost any date window easily. Want to see employees hired in the last 12 months but not those within their 3 month probationary period? Simply apply two relative date filters, 12 months inclusive and 3 months exclusive, it would be so easy. This would make it a breeze to apply these kinds of filters to reports using bookmarks rather than having to hack together an additional column or using DAX, which makes it more complicated to maintain.
