Epic idea: Pie chart callout

Despite the advancements in data labels used by Cartesians, report creators are still reliant on cards for placing callout values in the center of doughnut charts due to the absence of modern alternatives. To address this, it would be beneficial to extend all enhancements of Cartesian data labels to pie and doughnut charts and introduce a callout component, providing more customization options for chart personalization.
