This would allow customers to leverage Incremental Refresh without redesigning existing SQL-based solutions into views or functions, reducing complexity and improving adoption.

Have you tried using Value.NativeQuery with EnableFolding?
  • Fully support this idea v-pranithab We faced the same blocker while migrating our reports. Right now we have to rewrite all native SQL into views/functions just to enable Incremental Refresh, which takes a lot of extra time. Supporting native SQL directly without query folding constraints will make adoption way faster for enterprises with legacy workloads. +1 from a Fabric Advocate and student community
