In the world of finance you need to communicate what dates and forecast versions are being used for variance analysis. It's a core element of financial reporting. To reflect such details in visuals based on slicer/filter selections you've made, there are only tacky (Text Measure in the title of a matrix, manually renaming things and republishing and not letting consumers slice and dice) or extremely convoluted non-enterprise model friendly methods to achieve this (blowing out measures for every forecast version, creating dynamic tables to return headers without ordinality, etc.)
Why not simply have the capability to assign a dynamic name using the "SelectedValue" functionality to measures? Or to be able to assign a measure (SelectedValue text measure or otherwise) to you measure name?
