Do not summarize values

I am trying to create a calculated column then show a ratio based on that value with another measure. While creating this chart, I discovered that there isn't an option not to summarize the values in the visual. I change the column format to do not summarize but that did not change anything in the visualization itself. There should be an option for no calculation and to display the value only.
