do a function SOMME.ENS.SI on Power Query

I have to create a column with the same calcul as in Excel

=SIERREUR(SOMME.SI.ENS(AQ:AQ;C:C;C2;A:A;A2;B:B;B2;K:K;K2;F:F;F2;AB:AB;"Remuneration Costs";AD:AD;"HOURS")/SOMME.SI.ENS(BI:BI;C:C;C2;A:A;A2;B:B;B2;K:K;K2;F:F;F2;AB:AB;"Remuneration Costs";AD:AD;"HOURS");0)

but i have to create it in Power Query .

How do i do it ?
