Deployment pipelines : Allow overwrite Dataset or report with same name but differents ID
Use Case :
i have one report manually upload in my Prod Stage and i want to overwrite it by the new version coming from Test Stage.
The report is already include in the "app"
Deployment pipeline find a difference between Test version and Prod version and by default consider report in test stage as a new report.
By deploying, the result is to have 2 reports with same names but differents ID in prod stage.
My issue come when i want to update app, everything need to be done manually to replace old report by the new one (url access to report inside the app will change also)
Idea here is to give ability in deployment pipeline when report with same name and a different ID are detected between 2 stages, have ability to overwrite based on the name the existing report.

Can't believe that, in four years time, Microsoft has not given us an option to intervene in the report id's of existing deployment pipelines. Next to user errors like deleting a report in Test or Acceptance chain of an OTAP street, there also seems to be technical causes which can corrupt a deployment pipeline without a user being the cause.
Restoring a broken deployment pipeline by overwriting the source and/or target report ID should be available.
Deleting reports and just redeploying reports is NOT a solution because the impact on end users that save bookmarks and on documentation links is breaking.
