Delimited Mass OR Filter Function

Add functionality under the "advanced filtering" tab of a filter to past in several hundred options for an OR filter.

For example, if I need to isolate a subset of ZIP Codes for an ad hoc report, I would be able to paste them into the filter, rather than adding a completely new table to flag those rows for a one off report.
