It would be good to be able to audit the usage of data sets, reports and dashboards without being in the IT department. I don't have the role of being the Office 365 admin, but I might be responsible for tracking important reports and data sets, and giving them the 'rubber stamp'. Having a role that can see the new usage reports but also be a 'BI steward' like in Power BI Office 365 would be a good step towards 'Governed Data Discovery'
