With the Power BI Service March Update Part 2 that includes admin usage reporting, having the ability to delegate PowerBI admin rights becomes a necessity. As an Office 365 Global admin for our Tenant, I want to give some of our business users access to the PowerBI Usage reports, but can't grant them global admin rights to the tenant.
