dataflow refresh batches

dataflow couldn’t be refreshed because there was a problem with one or more entities, or because dataflow capabilities were unavailable i have been facing this error for almost few months and based on the observation its happening because the dataflows started refreshing at once. instead of this if we can set batches and limit the dataflow per batch . that will be wonderful to avoid such errors.
