dataflow function to convert half-width katakana characters to full-width
In Japanese, there are two types of katakana: full-width and half-width. Half-width katakana is often used in furigana, which explains the readings of kanji. Since there are about 50 characters in katakana, it is difficult to convert each one individually. Therefore, a function that can convert them in bulk is necessary.
