Data Refresh Failure Notifications at the Workspace Level

Currently, the only way to set up refresh failure notifications is to go to the refresh schedule setting for each individual dataset.

This is a huge problem for teams that have separate admins that would like to monitor refresh successes/failures within a tenant or dedicated capacity.

Please create a way to notify a distribution list incase of any dataset refresh failure within a workspace - this could go in the Workspace Settings window.

Doing this will allow tenant or capacity admins to be notified of failures without needing to takeover a dataset and add their distribution list to the schedule refresh contact list.
