This idea is to customize the sequence in which the tables are refreshed in desktop version. Example: I have 7 tables in my report. And it refreshes the tables based on ascending order in which tables were first imported. I would like to have the first 4 tables refreshed the usual way and then jump on to the 7th table and then 5th, 6th. Why this idea? The reason I ask this is because I have a table created for the refresh timestamp. I want this table to be refreshed at the end after all the tables are refreshed so that I get the exact refresh date / time. Let's assume there are now 5 more tables to be included in the report. In this case it will not give me exact timestamp of refresh completed as this table was refreshed somewhere in the middle of all these tables.

- chris_morath1New MemberSounds like a good idea. I would certainly benefit from being able to define an order each table is refreshed for certain reports.
- Chris_PotterNew MemberThis would be extremely useful to me. I have built a number of tables off files, and then merged them into consolidated tables. Unfortunately the order refreshes the consolidated tables rather than the data set tables first.

very good idea - as sometimes loading of tables in wrong order (when they refer to eachother) creates errors like:
Query 'TPV Ass' (step 'Added Custom') references other queries or steps, so it may not directly access a data source. Please rebuild this data combination.

Yes this would be a good idea - as can only do this by delaying the amount of time between table refreshes.
