Customize existing roles and be able to create new roles defining permissions and access to PBI features.

- We have the same need. Create a custom role for our organization vs. out of the box ( Admin, Member ,Contributor, Viewer). Take X number of capabilities available and apply to the custom role. We are finding that some of the out of the box don't give enough capabilities and some give too many.
This would be immensely useful! We need certain users to be able to manage email subscription distribution lists on certain reports, but without all of the additional access that usually comes with that.
